If you have never scheduled an HVAC service call, here is a step-by-step overview of what to expect with PCG Climate.

Scheduling

Call us at (916) 299-7778 or book online. We will ask what type of service you need, the make and model of your equipment if known, and what symptoms you are experiencing. This helps us dispatch the right technician with the right parts.

Arrival

You will receive a call or text when the technician is on the way. They arrive in a marked service vehicle, wearing a company uniform with identification. They will introduce themselves and ask to see the equipment.

Diagnosis

The technician examines your system, runs tests, and identifies the problem. They will explain what they found in plain language -- what is wrong, what caused it, and what options you have. For tune-ups, they follow a comprehensive multi-point inspection checklist.

Pricing

Before any work begins, you receive a clear price for the recommended repair or service. There are no surprises. If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the diagnostic fee. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically waived or applied to the repair cost.

Repair

The technician completes the approved work, tests the system to verify proper operation, and cleans up the work area. They will explain what was done and any recommendations for future maintenance.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash. Financing is available for larger installations.

Follow-Up

We may follow up to make sure everything is working properly and you are satisfied with the service. Your service history is recorded for reference on future visits.
